Micro management Work pressure No proper KT & planning If there is requirement they will hire else they will fire you as simple as that. These people are kind of start up service based company - not having multiple big paying clients Should be answerable to many management folks that the client management & vendor management - Each one wants to ride the project in their own way. But not in a common way, this sucks actually. It will be lot more pressure Projects are not that great. Below average projects. No domain knowledge transfer

Hire and Fire company Managers/Directors behave like dictators. These excel workers know nothing about team management and just keep you harassing and manipulate HR against you and get you fired if you are not boot lickers.

They might offer you a decent salary.

Very bad management. Even worst are HR and the company's ever changing policies which harshly affects employees sometimes. You cannot rely company will show you any human like mercy when you'll need it the most.

1. Some Manager is pathetic (Full of ego) They will put you on pip if you hurt them 2. Once get work complete it by working day and night 3. They will call at any time at any day 4. Some Team leader just want you to stay or work until and unless he is in the office or awake. 5. Salary increment not happen during covid period. It should be because you will get an increment the work you have done earlier not during covid time. 6. No professionalism. 7. Politics - Colleague takes your work credit 8. Less Leaves and health care benefits is less

...ing training is provided. Good work culture and ambient infrastructure is there. Timely salary payment and increments are pluses.

Dislikes

Almost none. As some missing facilities like-Transport/Childcare- are there in the pipeline by management.
