...ess. they provide overtime 500₹ per hour to those whom they want to earn more. they don't work in regular hrs to gain overtime above salary. but if u work less to gain overtime u will be questioned for your production. kind of leaders they have cannot even b good as associates and they hire them as leaders. the only good thing is because of overtime policy they can't make u work for extra hrs without paying u. so work life balance is maintained. but their appraisal r so minimal that then evrybody wants to earn by overtime only. no growth nothing else.

Dislikes

worst managers. 1 of them refers their old colleagues and the other one hires him for sure. no new talent. this uncle gang kitty party keeps on increasing in no. having their referred leaders (good for nothing/no skill) not a single work profile is good. just copy and paste. HR will misguide while hiring saying we r hiring for investment banking profile. after joining you would know they misleaded you. 3 months notice period and they make your life hell if you buyout saying that its breach of contract and u cant leave us in less than 90 days. they threaten you that they won't give you relieving letter and will spoil your background verification saying that u did not resign but absconded. no culture of smooth exit. they will make u experience haunted notice period. as a result u will be tensed and ur productivity will decrease then they will blame u that u r not working efficiently because u r serving notice.

There is nothing to like. Worst work culture, poeple management.

Dislikes

...g and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. I left this organisation in less than 1 year.

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

WORK-WISE 1. Don't expect any creative space 2. Stick only to the checklist provided 3. Any ideas in terms of improving a system is not at all entertained 4. Repeated tasks over and over AND 5. Tasks were completely unrelated from my work profile. I was given 5% to 10% of MLOps and repeatedly keep doing that over a period of 2 years. COMPANY WISE: 1. No Work bench policy, once on bench Internal team would try but no guarantee that you will get the new client. 2. Locations where majority of Management people aren't seated, that branch is often neglected and employees hardly feel a part of being in a team. 3. Had to plead a lot for arranging travel just to get the Customer laptop fixed by visiting Customer location.

....even after making employee work for 12-16 hrs .there will be no appreciation...no salary hike ...no promotion ...last but not least no job security and no projects
