My colleague's are really helpful and co-operative.I have learned a lott while working in IMH critical area.Got opportunity to share my knowledge by taking lectures for critical care students.

...workloads are way high,need to have registars as well increase in nursing staff. As hospital running good,and running full, we're expecting good hikes in salary.

Few staff is really good at their work.

... percent. Till today they have purchased Rs. 8000 to 10000 without my knowledge. Action must be taken against concerned staff and amount of discount must be recovered from their salary.

Very bad environment, Only those are promoted who the followers of HR,very partial policies, Pharmacy medicine policies are hopeless, Pharmacist doesn't know manners how to behave and speak specially Altaf ,Madhukar and their HOD very rude behaviour

System,Hr department,Neelam mam whole Hr department very cooperative, My Pharmacy Incharge Fouzia mam and My HOD Sachin Patil Sir All are very much co-operate and my overall team,best environment ,Thanks to all

Haven't get co operation during the days of curfew because of pandemic by hr.they should make available transport becoz public transports are closed. We hav contacted them bt they said if u can't come then your presenty status will be absent.
