Work environment. My team lead was very good. Good team members to work with. Festival celebration were also good. Monthwise birthdays of employees were celebrated.

No salary hike given after 6 months which was promised during interview. No appraisal given. No career growth. No cafeteria. Biased.

Everything from work culture, management politics, top people playing with people career, salary which you work for is never paid on time... Better work there and see.

While my overall experience with the company has been positive, some areas could be improved, one aspect is communication between departments, which can sometimes be lacking and result in delays or misunderstandings. Additionally, the training programs, while comprehensive, could be more structured to better support employee development. lastly, the performance review process could be more transparent and consistent across teams. As an HR Manager, I have made it a priority to address the above points effectively and efficiently in the first quarter (Apr to June 2024).

Like any dynamic workplace, In4velocity systems present challenges that can be demanding, for instance, high-pressure deadlines and fast-paced projects require adaptability and resilience, however, these challenges also foster personal growth, strengthen problem-solving skills, and encourage collaboration across the teams.

I've been at it for a long time with In4velocity. The fast-paced work environment, the daily learning of new things, handling situations, growing the business has been exhilarating to say the least.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the environment does get very intensive with a lot of deliverables, and we all get stressed out to make it happen. In some sense it's a delivery under pressure environment.
