strong php team they work with lot of new clients good learning certificate remibursement i got interest free loan for my dad's medical expense. no company gives it like this, even without asking.

stop getting ppl on recommendation. they dont work and reduce productivity of team more fun activities needed

good company to learn new things you will not be doing routine work. diff diff work every time frequent team lunches and celebrations

nothing much. instead of annual appraisal, can reward performers with on the spot awards etc
