Company has cafeteria, Salary on time, walking distance from Metro station. Huge Play area with different games but always crowded.

Dislikes

Permanent work from office, zero PMS, company doesn't even follow basics of SDLC. No future plans about how to grow their own platforms. They will ask you to put down papers as they cannot calculate their own business needs / they cannot calculate their own business projection. So there is zero job security. One fine evening HR head and department head will call you and pressurise you to resign.

No Job Security also specifically Very unprofessional staff in Account Department, above 25 people hv Strong Group and New commer servival all time and cheap Gossip mentality and No silence Accounts Department looks like Fish Market. Two yrs experience bt Very Bad experience in my life time.

Management and policy of organisation, in simple words it's a LALA company. If you are honest and dedicated you can't work here, you have to flatter if you want to stay here for longer duration

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 10% INCREMENT (COUNT IS TO LESS) WORKLOAD PROCESS IS HECTIC NO WFH FACILITIES ( WFH IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR FAVORITE EMPLOYEES AND NOT FOR ALL)

Support was good but change in reporting made things difficult. Also added responsibilities were given which were out of my scope of work and false promises were made.

Was reporting to a person without my work scope knowledge which made life difficult.
