I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

It is a small company with around 100 employees So your contributions will be visible

Dislikes

Always Salary gets Delayed. Salaries are reduced during Covid. Poor work life balance. No benefits from the company

Dislikes

They are the cheaters. Last month salary and leave encashment were not given. As per Oman rule, employer is supposed to settle down the payment to employee before last working day but they don't follow the rule and finally they didn't give my payment. Work culture is also worst like we need to work for multiple customers by stretching our hours. Need to trave to multiple customers by employees' own amount.

... at time.. and if we finished our work they still not satisfied with anything... They don't give us salary on time.. as a working women ..they only give mentally torture and still yet they didn't give me my others allowance....I'm so disappointed

Dislikes

No leadership, management vision is blurred, appraisals happen but salary grows at same rate every two years, Bonus are meagre and not proportionate to your performance - just a standard one month basic salary, admin is great, team is insecure to share their knowledge with others so no cross learning, yes boss attitude prevailes and will help career growth, company does not invest in staff technical training.

This is the worst place to work. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL people, who expect more and more work but don't even pay for it for months. At the same time they have odacity to threaten people to either take a pay cut or else get fired. Irony is even after pay cut they don't pay the amount completely for months. This company is a serious joke.

Least payscale possible anywhere. On the contrary, whatever decided pay is there, they don't even pay that as well.
