They not having the proper salary for what they are working they are showing some parchality in salary to the workers

...nd my client company is Cognizant. I have very bad experience with this company. They did not provide salary in correct time, I have faced this issue multiple time. There is no job security too much bad. They only discuss with client how to reduce salary by any excuse and how to terminate any employee. They did not hear his/her employee. As per his policy client is always right and employees are always wrong. Last month, they arrange 1st time get to gather call and everyone asked for hike, then they told his policy that, "we have no rights to ask hike, but you need to do extended support". I got 5 times best engineer award, but still I have no rights to ask hike. In 4 year, did not get any hike. There is too much politics, cant reach IMSI staffs easily by ph or mail. There is no chance for growth and no work satisfaction. But nowadays, they are start a good thing that appreciation certificate. Overall, Its not a professional company.

Client side nothing abnormal from payroll sides so many dis advantages no use, worst method of payments, Leave encashment or deducting but where the amount goes dont know proper examples not providing.

we are happy to work for IBM, IBM its a dream of every graduate's May Allah accept all graduates to work big company.

As I spent almost 2. years here, observed nothing to learn about new skills and bad work culture. The staff of the payroll company was rude in behaviour and did not support the employees who were working on their client's sites. benefit is zero, medical is zero and lots of things to explain, but I'll stop here to by mention the things in short words.

Nothing to like about this company to be very frank....i have workd there for 1.5 years and when i joined they told notice period is 1 month but when i got a job they told 2months notice period.7 months over,but still didn't get any experience letter or releasing Letter or noc...nothing....the worst company i have ever worked
