... it feels like you visited the wrong or fake website. some point may help you; - salary is very low, don't believe in the increment promises. - All the higher authorities are lairs and they just behave like a dictator, all are choosing IMS because they retired from any position or they are from the same city. so they are basically enjoying their last days of life in Dehradun. - university is run by only two people, no one can go against him. - overburden of classes ( you have 3-5 classes every day)

No holidays, not even on important festivals, no semester breaks, poor leave policy, strict timings, too much exams, 20-22 per week lecture load, bit dictatorship,

No job satisfaction, internal politics hampers growth. HR policies are pathetic....No facilities for students, like , sports, adventures etc...university clubs r just for name sake.....and many more.

I have learned a lot in the Training and Placement Department. Thanks to my Dean Training and Placement, Registrar Sir and All my seniors . Thanks for all the support which I get in the IMS Unison University as an Assistant Training and Placement Officer.

There is no management and organisational skills. I disliked the recruitment procedure. I didn't work there. I interviewed. After a month, they called me and said I've been appointed and wanted my confirmation. I confirmed that I'll join the university. I waited for the offer letter for two days then I called them. They said,"Your application has been put on hold" and then never called again. Such poor management.
