Flexible as compared other competitors, good pay compared to the other competitors in the same domain

Nothing as such, some changes at the product or HO level happen unnecessarily , then the they are shelved back once they are not found to be working properly

Work life .. they treat you as a servant Salary - minimum wage in the industry Job security- zero, they can fire you at any moment without any notice

Dislikes

My owner was literally ill-mannered. He was not man of the words as well. And most nonsense thing he has not notice period in his dictionary. He always ready to insult you that made you mentally ill.

Management is worst ... heartless people...lots of politics...salary not good to hardworking people but awesome salary to useless people...no career growth....MOST WORST DEPARTMENT IS HR

I liked the company culture . Focused on growth in learning new skills , improving knowledge . Everyone is friendly and very helpful . Very motivating

I disliked the travel to office . Could be remote entirely as work was anyway online .

IMS as organization is a nice place to work in, but it's chandigarh franchise is pathetic in terms of work life balance and salary package.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic. They will give you relaxation but will later tell about those occasions on and off. They also are bad when it comes to paying salaries. Try to search n number of ways of deduction in salaries.
