New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. No Growth, no new skill learning. Weekend work. High office politics. Lala company. Micro Management. Some old employees getting benefit. New Employees stability is less. Indians are just backend only.

Appraisal,No skill development. Not good for new employees. Weekend also working. Old employees getting the benefits. Not able to survive without buttering.
