No job security, team mates good, poor appraisal policy, even company do not pay performance bonus that gets deducted from your own CTC. I would rate it unethical and will never suggest anyone to join the organisation.

In impulse HR policies are very poor because they don’t have anything for employee. They are not people oriented. But I will say the team I joined earlier was best team and later on when I moved to another team was pathetic and HR also didn’t helped me to handle the situation and at last I have to leave the organisation.

...litics to force employee to resign when this comes to promotion and increment. Extreme work pressure and very less pay.

Only Work life balance as office close by 7 pm. Salary on time

No Job security and no skill development. Not even a single day training. Company culture is patheti* as Director in the company comes full drun* in the morning and abu*** to everyone. Its a most disgraceful company to work with. If someone is going to join and work under sahoo Dev, you should never never join.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not even average and seniors try to suppress your opinion and often take credits of others work.

...r, no promotion even after years of working, even after good performance review. Promotion/bonus process delayed till Diwali to hold the employees,..bonus not paid if you leave the company. False promises for promotion Initially it's good but eventually becomes toxic. You go to the factories on Saturdays also and if you come to office on Sunday for work, no comp off given. International travel schedules are very tight, don't let you breathe. List is endless
