Management and seniors are approachable, give freedom to work without micro management

Lack of pro active communication and empathy from HODs and top management along with high pay cuts. Delayed salaries by up to 3 months even after pay cuts.

...is an open door policy where the management and the operation are transparent. Company policies are very good in terms of pay scale, proper increments as per the performance ,bonuses and Appraisal are fair... I'm very much happy to work here because I have freedom to explore my self more and more with the guidance of my superiors...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
