A good place to develop skill and i like the most in impiger is COE (centre of excellence) being a main part of technical team to develop our skills and to guide juniors

actually in impiger techincal team is more capable to do big projects , and impiger can able to create own Saas Applications, but don't know why not yet focused on this view, may be the higher level team have idea to do on upcoming days

No hike on yearly basis. Also not sure of job security. If you are ready to be a Mason and do work irrespective of your personal work, you can survive. If you're against your manager or higher authority. It'll be noted and fired when there is no longer need of yours
