... They are already serving clients in US like AMEX, United Airlines, Neustar etc. They are also into Stream Analytics with ample amount of onsite opportunities with excellent pay at onshore (compared to any IT giant TCS, INFY).

No dislikes or regrets but they should grow and look forward to other geographic locations like Europe.

I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. For that a carrier gap is created whose burden i will always have to bear with. #Impetus, please don't spoil the employee's Life.

Job security , good offer at time of joining, good food at noida office, only 6 hours you have to clock inside office. Rest you can login from home

Average salary hikes yet better than MNCs like infy or tcs. Micro management by few employees in indore. Sir maam culture promoted a lot

I wish I could love something about the company. At most you probably will get to work on different technologies but that is also for short duration. The products are terrible and not optimized at all for good performance.

...killed labor. Politics is played by everyone and most by upper management folks. You manager likely wont be able to give appraisal more than 10% as salary hike.

...eds. 3. Company does dry promotion only that is no increment after promotion. 4. Below average salary hikes. 5. No monetary benefits if you perform best in a quarter or month, they just give you a certificate. 6. Poor facilities. Even for lunch, you have to pay hundred rupees. 7. No healthy eating options. 8. Gym and Other facilities are also paid. 9. No or zero learning. 10. Toxic politics, demeaning managers.
