I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. For that a carrier gap is created whose burden i will always have to bear with. #Impetus, please don't spoil the employee's Life.

...eds. 3. Company does dry promotion only that is no increment after promotion. 4. Below average salary hikes. 5. No monetary benefits if you perform best in a quarter or month, they just give you a certificate. 6. Poor facilities. Even for lunch, you have to pay hundred rupees. 7. No healthy eating options. 8. Gym and Other facilities are also paid. 9. No or zero learning. 10. Toxic politics, demeaning managers.

There is nothing to like in the impetus except getting work from home other than its worst.

It has been the worst company of my career so far as they openly asked to work for 11-12 hours shift (without extra pay) then without 2 week offs. Hardly you will be able to get 2-4 week offs in whole month( they pay only 1000 per day for extra week offs work nothing extra apply if you even work on Saturdays or Sundays so they treat all days same). There is no project management, first they did not hire people when required so as they were unable to deliver people on time then they did over hiring and once project delivered then straightaway they laid off 75% team. We were 37 members in the team they laid off around 30 employees. After doing this much hard work they gave only 3 ratings to all and made that variable pay. You won't be able to learn anything as you won't get time to learn. Still you will keep receiving mail like impetus is one of the best companies, safest place to work for women. Best for work life balance. If you write mail to your manager or lead they will say they will give break once project delivered. Even they will ask you to work when you are not well. Like having fever or anything, they say please plan your sick or emergency leave. You won't be able to utilize your any leave like EL/CL/SL even after working for 2 years. If you go to HR then nothing gonna happen even they don't change the project. I was not even able to take 4 Sunday as week off in 2 years work.

They worked on cloud projects and paid more than what regular service based companies pay.

Dislikes

The Culture (period). People generally spend 55+ weekly hours and when I say spend it's not the in and out time , it's like continuously sitting on the laptop and juggling between multiple "high priority" tasks every day. The mind tends to lose its senses and so does the family seeing you struggling so much.

Job security , good offer at time of joining, good food at noida office, only 6 hours you have to clock inside office. Rest you can login from home

Average salary hikes yet better than MNCs like infy or tcs. Micro management by few employees in indore. Sir maam culture promoted a lot
