...eds. 3. Company does dry promotion only that is no increment after promotion. 4. Below average salary hikes. 5. No monetary benefits if you perform best in a quarter or month, they just give you a certificate. 6. Poor facilities. Even for lunch, you have to pay hundred rupees. 7. No healthy eating options. 8. Gym and Other facilities are also paid. 9. No or zero learning. 10. Toxic politics, demeaning managers.

...have to work 24*7 for 7 days. They will also interfere you personal life also. Compensation is bad. No learning. No Growth. No Personal Life.

Compensation wise it is good but the tradeoff is your work life balance.

... to join impetus because of below mentioned points: 1) Too much work pressure. 2) your supervisor will expect you to stretch everyday for atleast 12 hrs and then work on weekends too without any compensation. Moreover if you ask to take vacation leave they will discourage you because of their unrealistic deadlines. 4) No support at all from leader ship team. Each one of them have same though process. 5) No one bothers about Employees wellness they just want their number of tasks to be completed on time. 6) False promises made during job interview and very bad work life environment.

I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. For that a carrier gap is created whose burden i will always have to bear with. #Impetus, please don't spoil the employee's Life.

Job security , good offer at time of joining, good food at noida office, only 6 hours you have to clock inside office. Rest you can login from home

Average salary hikes yet better than MNCs like infy or tcs. Micro management by few employees in indore. Sir maam culture promoted a lot
