Too much politics as there are lot of old employees who are responsible for this. There behaviour is also like this that they are running this organisation and they are the owners also they don’t have manners to talk in meetings

* Sometimes there is way too much micromanagement. * Pay is not that great when compared to other service based firm and product based form. * Learning opportunities are less. * Project that I worked on was very mundane.

The hikes and the pay scale for each grade is very good as compared to other organisations If you want to excel your career in big data then this is the right company for you.

They only have one product leap logic which is gaining them clients. And most of the time it is a migration thing
