No monetary benefits if you perform best in a quarter or month, they just give you a certificate. 6. Poor facilities. Even for lunch, you have to pay hundred rupees. 7. No healthy eating options. 8. Gym and Other facilities are also paid. 9. No or zero learning. 10. Toxic politics, demeaning managers.

...ation whole team will get jealous of this and they just talk about this only. Salary and benefits are good as per industry standards.but remember if they are paying you high they will take more work from you

Too much politics as there are lot of old employees who are responsible for this. There behaviour is also like this that they are running this organisation and they are the owners also they don’t have manners to talk in meetings

The hikes and the pay scale for each grade is very good as compared to other organisations If you want to excel your career in big data then this is the right company for you.

They only have one product leap logic which is gaining them clients. And most of the time it is a migration thing

...have to work 24*7 for 7 days. They will also interfere you personal life also. Compensation is bad. No learning. No Growth. No Personal Life.
