I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. For that a carrier gap is created whose burden i will always have to bear with. #Impetus, please don't spoil the employee's Life.

Say about a home outside your home in true sense, that's Impetus for you. Let it be compensation benefits or quality of work, in every aspect, impetus wins . Work stress is also minimal. You complete your work you go home is something that is practiced in reality here not by words. Learning curve would be exponential due to variety of projects and/or the learning programs.

Nothing much, only overseas opertunities are less

Pay is below par . For me hardly there is 10 percent hike on fixed pay from last drawn salary everything else variable . No idea about appraisal . Three months notice period which is another issue . I left within 6 months due to personal health issue and salary was less

Very approachable and supportive staffs. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

Dislikes

Clients are a bit less, so if you are stuck at one bad client’s project, then workload would be too much. Otherwise, organisation wise, Impetus is indeed best place to work for.

Politics, laid-back attitude toward work, continuous follow-up culture, and salary hikes for the global services teams, turnaround time towards things, projects, escalations, policies, etc.
