Salary is very low grade, contractor is very rude and thief contractor. Salary will be deducted by contractors without any reason. Very bad contractors and HR department and staff.

Air pollution,,spray paint is used on pipes to hide rust,...oil flushed in pipes...leaves fumes in air....no proper system of garbage disposal. Only focus on customer schedule...which can't meet 100%... Plant head doesn't know how to work in jamshedpur plant...POOR Inventory management ,Advance billing to meet Target...

Kuch employee ko bharti to bhatti par kiya hua hai lekin vo log kaam quality me krte hai kyuki bhatti me salary jyada milti hai or quality me kam. 3-jo purane employee hai 3 -14 saal experience wale unki salary new employee ke barabar hai,jbki old employee ki jyada honi chahiye. 4-partiality bohut jyada hai. 5-company payroll wale employee ki koi checking nhi ki jaati chhutti ke time jbki ye log company ke Store se sbse jayda saman apne ghr le jaate hai.aur thekedari employee agr bike saaf krne ke liye khrab dhoti lete h to gate keeper use bhi rkhwa lete hai. 6- 19/6 me HR ARUN or thekedaro ki milibhagat se kuch frzi employee register kr rkhe hai jinke naam se salary khate hai ye log. 7.kuch senior employee work from home ka bahana bnakar ghumne jate hai. 8. Aur glass bhi bohut chhota hai. 10- sbse bdi baat experience or work satisfaction ke adhar par salary honi chahiye na ki chamchagiri ke adhar par. 11- jab company ke kaam se company gate paas lekar thekedari employee ko bahar bhejti hai to kaam hone ke baad convence ka form guard supervisor sign krne me 7-12 din lga dete hai ,lekin company payroll employee ko bhejte hai to 2 din me unhe convence mil jaata hai.esa kyu in logo par action liya jaye. 12-19/6 company me daily wages 295₹ hai jbki Sunday ko kis adhar par 200₹ diye jaate hai. Kya koi bataega. 13-kuch senior employee free ke 200₹ ke voucher bna kr pese lete hai ,jbki Sunday ki duty ke pese bhi km h.

No Promotion even 20-30 years job, may be one by mistakes. No Canteen. No Employee Focuses such as Fan, Cooler, AC, Computer, Chairs, sitting arrangement. No rights for employees such as 0 Personal Gate pass, 6 day working, poor environment. staffs are highly unskilled such as 10th pass, 12 pass, ITI pass or BA/B.Com. No Training programs for employee.
