As I know politics are every company. But idk what kind of politics they use. This management will Always be partial. Salary and career growth are 0.00%. I would prefer much more that company which having 3-4 corore revenue.. not this company which having 25 corore per month... How would you expect from this company..

There is a lot of politics management doesn't address our issues , salary is very poor for btech candidates only 9500 per months including overtime , and no career growth because Plant Head don'T want

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is politics every where, if there you have good or higher position reference there then no matter You do work or not.
