Impactiva never support to their employees. The keep fire their employees in COVID-19. Good things that working freedom in this company. You can build your personal development.

Their is no job security. Hire and fire culture they believe. One man army show in this company. Poor planning. They don’t sustain what they committed to their clients.

1. There is good platform to expose ourself. 2. Develop the Team & Client handling in Impactiva.

1. No job securities. 2. Always travelling, due to family life getting spoil. 3. No ethics of company, but in their manual always talk about ethics. 4. Finance heard used to change any rules at any stage, like HITLOR rules.

This panic time company terminate me and not provide any compensation. If you possible help me.

Few drawbacks every company have , impactiva does have as well . But it’s nothing in front what a candidate learned from here by challenging himself on everyday basis.
