Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

... Wipro so technically Impact will be 4th party. Good for freshers but not great. Salary is on time.

You get designation but not work according to it, nothing much to learn but no job pressure as you need to wifi support to guest staying in Hotel. Later you get bored and no increment and no growth.

There nothing good working in impact

Their credit salary after I week no increment their provide very salary ,no other benifits bonus appraisal etc .no paid leaves even normal leaves ,they will made us absond even we are loyal to company for 3 years they even don't credit salary also mostly they don't follow their own HR policies no HR support working in this to gain experience is ok but experienced person don't join
