- products with one of two client at max. (Services company with shroud of product based company) -No learning, just reusing the same code for all clients. - there are only one or two products that are making money to run the entire company with 2 clients max. - 2.5 years, none of the projects went to production. Clients keep backing out at the last moment. - Then,they shelf the product and start building the same product with slight variation for another client and the cycle repeats. - micromanaging and cost cutting. They need scapegoat to fire every quarter.

1. Good People and Good Culture. HR always tries to keep things up and happy at the company. 2. Leaders are taking the company forward to success. 3. Professionalism is maintained at all levels. 4. Leaders are quite affable.

Dislikes

...t a chance to actually work on any machine learning component of the company. 2. Variable Salary component is huge (30%+ of your CTC), which is given as a retention+performance bonus. This is like the low hanging fruit which keeps you in the company. This strategy is well known among the employees and does not seem fair.

- There is no clear vision or goal of the product. - They just keep building product by reusing the old code and market it to corporates. - Products are half baked and slow. Failing all the time. - Everybody has their own understanding of the implementation. - Huge choas on what to implement. - Micromanaging. - Its a service based company in the name of product based company. Everybody is trying to save their job and politics at top level.

One of the worst company i have seen, here sr management have lobby(BLR+ USA) location, they have no professional and technical skills, only passing time, no planning only micromanagement. Any time they can give you terminal letter without any reason. Gadho ki barat hai ye company. Any body can give feedback without any reason,In performance review if the dont like you or company revenue is not good every quarter they will reduce your rating and can give terminal letter immediately.If you can polish with Amul butter and speak anything company sr management,CTO will be very happy with you. Sr management and Sr HR both are useless so please dont waste your time to join this company.

The positives of Impact Analytics are quite a few. You get to work with a few good people who are smart and talented.

Dislikes

The list of dislikes will be long with the first one being the toxic culture of the mid and senior leadership. It's a nexus of few Bengalis and North Indians who work hard to retain their position and crush anyone beside or just below them from growing. The layoffs are quite often than you think and it's all based on whether you are pleasing the management or not. Talent has very little contribution to your survival and growth in this organisation.
