Nothing. Founders have no clue what their leadership team is doing under the carpet. It is a bubble about to burst. They fire workforce at their whims, fancies and biases without seeing the track record of the person who has given everything to the company

... leave and timings. No work life balance. No benefits. No systems and processes. Your salary and your variable pay is at the mercy of select few individuals who have formed a cult and make sure you remain scared and never raise your voice. Because if you do, be ready to get fired.

Horrendous experience I had in the hand of Business development lady Prachi and the CEO, i had to change my reporting to another person, still ended up being a shared resource, as the lady heading business strategy would go paranoid and try to talk ill about my role to the CEO they had some exceptional relationship that led to many people quitting the organisation. They would use the founders’ name to threaten employees. Recommending people who seek to learn to not join this toxic startup it hasn’t got approval from govt of its product and has a weak chance of doing well in future even if they get approval. They will make your life hell, not suitable for experienced candidates. They make you work on weekends too and will expect you to do job even if you’re on leave.

Head of QC, a lady who threats team members if they are not able to attend weekly meeting due to more important work assigned by her. Also, she is not happy if some is taking leave for a week after 4/5 months. Micromanagement is the key to manage people. HR, QC head and R&D head, these 3 ladies often chat in the cafeteria for more than hours and thus fate of an employee, increment etc are decided. No retention policies, employees are often fired as per above mentioned trio's whim.

Toxic culture, autocratic, confirmation bias of HR by state & religion, so-called flat organization with power-hungry heads, long-serving leaches, no retention policies. Individual-based, inconsistent travel, HR, exit, and compensation policies, biased one-third of employee lay-off. Insecure peeps fearing accountability for the delivery of results to the new CEO.
