...es.. Just using people to grow their business. There is a 3 month notice period. And made me wait 1 month more to credit my salary.. And didnt give the money of those untaken leaves. Almost i had 32 untaken leaves from that atlest 10 should be settle on resignation. Company pay more money to people who come from another company with low skills ath the same time the person with same experience who was working there from the start have much lower salary. I feel like they are using these freshers with 1.5 year bond. And after my resignation company implemented new rules on incentive and only people who have completed 2 or more year will only having the full benefit of incentive. The fresher people are explotited. As far as i have seen all people dont want to work there. But they still have to. May be you won't get this untill you are on notice period

IMMCO will provide good training programs to improve our skil in gls software also we can learn different network technologys

Dislikes

Immco need to improve it's salary package compare to it's competitors, and also need to improve resources allocation (some times some projects have work load but some project resources have free no works so i think develope a system to realocate resources/give them training then put on work load projects )

The management has open door policy and the management is transparent Incentive and bonus available

The politics is decent. Salary hike and appraisal are low You will get enough training for your job Career growth is is little slow The notice period is 3 months

There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign in the case of freshers. And a 3 month notice period for the experts

...portive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafteria for chilling.Company policies are good,apprasials are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
