... work with, but just only due to flat management the office culture is corroded. Compensation is extremely good for higher level people, and at the lower level it is worst. The saying " richer gets richer and poor gets poorer" goes good for this company.

I have been with Imkemex for the past 24 years, and over that time, I have been given many opportunities through which I was able to learn many things. The company has been supportive of my professional and personal growth. There were many challenges as well. The company gives opportunities to those who are willing to work hard. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a stable, supportive workplace.

Here we get value for our hard work, knowledge and wings for our ideas and freedom to explore immense world of technical world.I never felt any obstacle or limitation to explore my ideas and to impliment that in workplace. I never felt tired or bored over there as our team always working on new things to do, to develope, new projects and new learning in every field.Even though I am technical but get involve in overall commercial part also for learning and I enjoyed that. Overall good growth and gained useful experienced in Imkemex.
