Reporting directly to the top management (Directors) is the added advantage to me.

Dislikes

Involvement of Top management(Directors) directly with the workers without consulting the mangers is not a good idea.

Only one knowledgeable director. Very good knowledge, knows how to gel a Pharma, Ayurvedic and Ayush Dept requirements at a time. Ready to work on experiments.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional management, no connection between profile selected and work given, zero QC, fabricated QA, selective recruitment of needy people who don't leave the firm at any point. Extended working hours. Management don't address any issues directly. blindly trust the managers but blames every subordinate and work force. Have a fashion of Firing people.
