When I worked it was 8 hours shift No matter what you can leave the office when the shift ends.

What I gained from iMerit? Nothing Once you resign from the job the balance salary will credit to your account after 2 months (iMerit policy). It’s been 4 months and counting, still I’m waiting for salary, They give less than 1% of importance which they give to clients. They have no ethical values( They interview you for an role( promise you a role)) when u go to office if you ask the employees about the job role and project they will laugh at you( such project iMerit doesn’t take) Overall it’s a BPO type company. If you want to develop yourself and achieve more. Please don’t choose this company. They don’t value you. Once you join this company with some expectations to achieve something in your life. You will regret choosing this company. Ok at end of a day we all work for money(let’s consider). They dont give you proper appraisal. Appraisal month start to defer and finally when it comes 80rs-3000rs This is the maximum hike you can expect from them if you have clean records. There are employees who got single digit appraisal.

Work culture is exceptional, management is extremely supportive and work life balance is par excellence.

...he thing is that, positive points are overwhelming...so we need to be liberal... anyways they can improve in salary hikes which is not praise worthy according to industry standards ✌️

Work Clture is good, good job security, for freshers it's good, good new technology projects, healthy bonding with company and employees

We are not satisfied with salary and promotions and appraisal. Mangement need to increase basic salary to freshers. After the experience also they raised salary only minimal quantity.

Most of the things , Salary increment is very poor Ethics are very less Anytime they can create situation to quite firing when your salary gets high. Complicated work culture.

... not talk about the management it's just terrible. Don't ever apply a job here! You'll never grow nor will your salary. I've been With this company for 3.5 years and to be really honest you won't be getting any experience certificate after you leave all you get is a relieved order which is Pathetic. They will never say that when you first join nor will they mention in their so called Offer letter... Stay away from this company. If you know how to butter Someone who's holding the Higher position you'll be promoted quickly but if you don't You'll stay the same.. I've never seen a company that doesn't provide any Travel Allowance Such a shame ofcourse they will Provide office cabs but you would have to walk a mile to reach your nodal point. They don't care about employees safety they will drop you half way no matter which shift you are in..
