It's environment is good. They have good security system for women's.

Dislikes

Their salary structure is not acceptable at any point. Employee's doing same work with same efficiency and efforts but the difference in their salary is huge.

Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

Dislikes

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.

The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.

Dislikes

...concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.

iMerit as a company is good, however the management is not good. There is no parameter to judge employee during Appraisal. Most of the leadership team love to speak on Bengali in place of English. If you are close to your supervisor or manager then you will get promoted. Also from our annual CTC compnay deduct employer PF amount also, however as per the Law employer PF amount should not be deducted from employee annual CTC.
