... not talk about the management it's just terrible. Don't ever apply a job here! You'll never grow nor will your salary. I've been With this company for 3.5 years and to be really honest you won't be getting any experience certificate after you leave all you get is a relieved order which is Pathetic. They will never say that when you first join nor will they mention in their so called Offer letter... Stay away from this company. If you know how to butter Someone who's holding the Higher position you'll be promoted quickly but if you don't You'll stay the same.. I've never seen a company that doesn't provide any Travel Allowance Such a shame ofcourse they will Provide office cabs but you would have to walk a mile to reach your nodal point. They don't care about employees safety they will drop you half way no matter which shift you are in..

Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

Dislikes

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.

Imerit is a company for freshers you get in, understand the corporate world and then elevate yourself for higher grounds. The working hours is 7.5 hours and half hour of break. Timing is quite flexible. Pressure totally depends on the work.

...our not suitable in some project there are high chances of getting terminated. Salary hike is not upto the point. Management is sleeping on imerit. Promotion is not there.

It's a very good place for freshers. Imerit helps them a lot for learning new things.

Salary structure of Imerit is very poor according to the industry standard. Whole year company shows to the employees that their revenue is very high but during the time of appraisal company shows their financial condition is poor. Their appraisal time is on month of October. Some of the branches do not get the cab facility. Many bad things are here.
