No job security in Imedex Software Systems Pvt Ltd. Employee may be fired at any time. Management does not give any value to employees particularly who work in production. Company policies are just nominal. No policy is strictly followed.

There is no job guarantee here. Employee feels insecure thinking that he/she may get fired anytime from the company, but the salary be given right time as and when he/she continues in the company.

Salary was on time is only thing to appreciate. Present management is worst. Too much biased, Acute pressure of loosing job, Bosses are like Tughalak or Hitler

Dislikes

No job security, no carrier growth, very low salary, no appraisal at all. Management in Kolkata is very bad. No work-life balance as the management has already declared that no one will get holidays on any festival be it US/Australia or Indian Holiday. Have to work more than 12 to 14 hours per day, If there is no work, management will deduct leave. in one word, a very bad company with very bad management.

LOP for late logins, strict timings, Auditors need some time deviation during logins, buffer time cannot be met all the time, company should be flexible with timings with Auditors as we have seen the industry and we know our responsibilities
