...kes good care of employees while maintaining high quality and standards of work. Best remuneration and never delays/prevents salary or any other benefits even for a day, one of the very few companies where salary comes BEFORE 1st of new month. They say "never love your company, because you will never know when your company will stop loving you", but this is one company you will love... Good luck IMCO.

It’s a good experience for me working with IMCO,all my seniors are very excellent in their field,they teach me very well, the work environment is excellent in IMCO & good career growth & salary increment in IMCO.I learned lot of through working with IMCO & miss to much my all colleagues, I wish again to work with IMCO in future.

Good company & I love the fact that I m apart of a team that had a global client base, all colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds & we work happily in collaboration & all employees are helpful with good nature and also good career growth & environment plus salary, it will be my pleasure again to work with IMCO

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
