1. No support from management. 2. Nepotism and office politics have entirely ruined office atmosphere. 3. Old employees who are dedicatedly focusing on work are forced to resign from the service. 4. Toxic workplace environment. 5. Unmanageable work pressure. 6. Favoritism and internal politics. 7. Disrespectful communication and behaviour of top management and boss. 8. Unprofessional and ineffective leadership. 9. No proper salary increment. 10. Unethical work is being carried out. 11. No work life balance. 12. No HR support. (Of Course it is always not there in any companies). 13. Only people with buttering bosses are highly paid and promoted. 14. HR policy is just to say, not at all useful to any employee.
