Healthy working environment and job stability. Most team members have been working here since the last 5 to 6 years. Good support in terms of sales tools, databases and collaboration from the research and accounts team. Incentives are always paid as committed on time.

Dislikes

Few cabins for the sales team. Since most of the clients are based out of India, you mave have to take calls at odd hours. The company can invest more in exhibitions and conferences which would improve its brand image.

Likes

Have been working here for over 6 years and have really enjoyed my tensure so far. The project are well diversified and there is a good client exposure. Like: - Have been working from my home in Raipur since the last four years. - Learning curve is steep, great for professional development. - Senior team members and management are approachable.

IMARC is wonderful company to work with. if you are an overachiever, your financial and professional growth can be significantly higher than the industry standards. The work is well diversified and there is a good scope to learn something new every day. The working environment is good with most team members being polite and professional.

Dislikes

The company needs to organize more social interactions and events, particularly for people working from home. Data management system can be improved.

IMARC is a great place to work, particularly for women. The environment is great, and people respect each other. The company provides flexibility to work completely from home. Salaries are always credited on time.

There are many reasons why I dislike working at IMARC because there is no growth, no skill and no knowledge. My experience at IMARC is very bad bcs I have 1 years of experience but I don't have any knowledge about market and most importantly we communicate in Hindi infact our meeting in hindi conversation. My personal experience is very bad 😞.
