Hr is doesn't contact directly to employees, instead they take feedback from managers and also if employee discuss anything with hr they communicate everything to their reporting manager and do not take any action on employees query

Pathetic No values for talents and hardwork Favouritism ^ infinity some fixed dearest employee will be there who will get pakka promotion every year as per the industry standard , sometimes twice in a year, that too confidentially well rest just single digit salary hike less than 5-8 percent. No system, no industry standards are followed in work Seniours, leads, managements are just bunch fools and do blaming game on regular employees except the dear ones Better look for other company even if you are having offer letter.
