The future with the company is not good there are no appraisal and promotions there are employee in that company who works with them for more than 15 years but they are paid very less

Most terrible HR and Senior managers specially in Marketing, they treat like a boss playing politics in between teams. Very unprofessionals.

No have Job Security, very bed work culture, very rood Hr management very bad Policies.... etc.

this Company not be Professional the HR team doning personaly Bed thinks with there employees such very bed place to Non Technical staff not give respect and respond to Employees. and also if you ex employees they treat like you are nothing for this company normal procedure after resignation you get cheque after 45 Days but I complete 90 days they never Respond to give my cheque such very very bed Management

The Team and Management is very approachable. They like getting things done in a systematic way. I have learned so many new things from them. and the products also world class. Especially Illusion Aligners and Illusion Zirconia
