Do not choose Illumifin as we have no growth in our life worst company

No salary hikes No apprisal No bonus we have to gve 110% production even after working for hours we will not receive any type of appreciation

Likes

Work from home option is good. And one more thing for most of the process it is general shift from 9:30 am to 7 pm..

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there. Bonus option is not there. Hikes and incentives are not upto the mark.

Illumifin is new and startup company, WFH is the main advantage here and completely it’s a day shift.

Dislikes

Employees do not get an opportunity to address their issues and concerns with management. And also there is no Team Lead position here and all the roles & responsibilities of TL will by handled my ops manager. More you get experience you will be move to QA team and there is no further option. There is no equal opportunity given to employees, partiality, hidden and proof less favouritism, corporate politics which will spoil employees career.
