Nothing is there to like about my experience at Ilantus. I left due to total mismanagement and poor vision by so-called leadership. They stopped paying salaries on time and said the same reason everytime. Even after leaving, I am yet to receive my final settlements after 8 months of leaving. Join this company at your own peril.

...to derail their careers. Poor Finance team. Not sure what their job is anyway. Poor perks (atleast salary to dedo) Shut down the company and pay off the current and past employees by selling remaining assets.

...have to work for atleast 14 hours and if you don't do you will be in bad list. Payment you will get 50 50 in a month some time they will say company don't have fund so you will get late salary. If they pay they may pay 30% 50% and then 20% this is the calculation. If you are a critical resource for them and you are working for a long hours they will pay you. If anyone says no to take calls after 8 PM they may say if you can't work then leave and without paying they can release. Coming to resignation, if you resign salary anyways comes in different part but as soon as you are in notice company won't have fund for you. Full and final settlement they will say it will come in 90 days and which never comes as same reason company dont have fund once it will be there they will pay. I would not recommend anyone to join this company. If if you don't have a job don't join because they will play with your currier and you will be in lot of stress, no payment, no family life only work load.

Only one plus point is you will get knowledge on IAM

Dislikes

There is no job security. You will not get paid on time and sometimes there is no salary as well. While leaving the company they won't give u the full and final amount. One suggestion to management work ethically.

If you somehow managed to bond with the correct team at a given point of time you could do some good.

Dislikes

Management is worse. No support from management as there's no process in place for any department and no one exactly has any idea how to function in it.

No policies in place and Top management doesn't disclose any financials with employees and most importantly salaries are paid in monthly Installments most of the time. KRA'S keeps changing very frequently and no proper vision
