It's a consulting firm they have hardly 3 to 5 clients main client is tcs(one of the worst Indian based company no benefits no career growth), think twice before step into ilabz.

Salary on time, no proper response from management.

They pay at mid of month. Will deduct epf but will not deposit in your epf account. Will never pick up calls once you are deployed at client end. Worst experience. No medical insurance

...ore joining they are telling one way after joining they are telling another way. Payment also not paying properly most cases you will get current month salary next month middle of the month that too you have to follow up more keep on calling and sending email to them. Anyway they are not responding any email. the biggest worrest issue is, if you levave that company, they are not paying salary for that month and notice period months too. It means alsmot 3 to 4 month salary they will pay you. I am an example candidate. they said we will pay after notice period completion time. that time if you call and send emails they will not respond any thing. Its very very worrest place to work

Unethical organization.. for employees, they will pay less and final month salary is not received, even though I mailed them. Pf deduction is there but it will not credited to pf account.. fraud people. Unprofessional.

Not paying salary on time, paying half salary at middle of the month and reaming we have to wait still end of the month , we have to forgot about our pf account
