I think ict project canbe restart again.Because 8000 computer teacher are workless. Govt.taking interest in ict project and restart again as soon as possible early.

No this not a question about working with ilfs company . All teachers demand only restart the project.

Team mates are good while working but there is insecure job and no incremental benefits provide so overall it is not good for remote locations projects

Without guideline no proper specification allotted only verbally specified about the project This lead to low confidence about my work.

The company and the CIO gives total freedom for developing ideas. All the required facilities are made available. Only place where I can expect improvement is relating the the performance to the rewards. But as for me, while the financial rewards are as important as for anyone, that is not the only thing that I would work for, whether here or else where. I find this work culture and work relationship with the person I report to (CIO), very satisfying and my work content and mandate is the ultimate that I can ask for.....

Nothing really to dislike except for a bit of appraisal and rewards... But I love this place...How else I could have been here for 9 years??
