It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

...uilding 5,6 2nd floor) 3. Poor managing skills 4. Log in/Log out issues... 5. Salary hold 6. No proper upraisal 7. Iks acquired acuity so they are very keen in spending each peny onto employees 🤣.

They are firing people during lock down. No help to the employees. They forced to work from office. Employee health is not a matter to them.

...etween the management. No coordination between the members. No Employee benefit. Salary deductions. Terminations. Very poor success rate in completion of projects.

Good non-clinical profile for Doctor with 5 days working and 2 days of holiday a week.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are average to good; howevr, work-life balance is disturbed. Work pressure, increasing targets and work-hour extension are the main negative factors.

They give good package to new fork's.. but they not have any concern about the people who are in long period of time..they won't give any appraisals on time, if they give it is in below 1000. Ex: if I get 4.2 rating of 5 they will give 600rs of annual appraisals..god only what happened on the background..the job security n the day shift are only positive angles here.

They give work much and they encourage at that time but after that we don't get any benefits except appreciation mail...
