It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

...afe work routine. In this difficult time , IKS never gave up on their employees. Timely salary 40% -50% reduced for those who are not working from home and full salary who are WFH.

Night shift offended me the most. Facilities for cafeterias and other activities

Good salary for freshers, sometimes good work life balance.

It's not an IT Company, it's basically a healthcare service provider, vision of the company is clear, as to provide services in healthcare industry by using the software developed once. Once all the softwares are developed there will only be few of them maintaining the softwares.

Bad company policies: - Number of leaves less. - Salary is credited after the month ends, on the 1st working day of the next month. - When you resign, hold back 2 months' salary. - FnF is not completed even after 45 days after your LWD. - Worst IT department I have ever experienced.

They give good package to new fork's.. but they not have any concern about the people who are in long period of time..they won't give any appraisals on time, if they give it is in below 1000. Ex: if I get 4.2 rating of 5 they will give 600rs of annual appraisals..god only what happened on the background..the job security n the day shift are only positive angles here.

They give work much and they encourage at that time but after that we don't get any benefits except appreciation mail...
