If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

Have a nice environment to work with and to start a career with is a good company . I enjoying working here make good frnds.

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

No work-life balance Not allowed to take even sick leaves Pathetic work culture Even managers are not allowed to take decisions within their team They carry a very didactic approach in working Leaders don't like being questioned. Nor do they have any logical explanation for their actions Pathetic behavior of most of the staff Favouritism within the team No WFH option Appraisals are not as per the performance

Nothing is too great about Iks but the process is little less difficult than other companies.

1. Management is very poor. 2. No good salary Hike. 3. Very poor policy regarding IJPs 4. You work more as a content writer than as an AR. And many more things are worst.

Politics at every level, ego centric management at most of top who happen to be reliatives / friends of ceo.. they think they are untouchable, so do what ever they want. Everything controlled by CFO.. every single penny approval has to be taken by cfo.. literary.. Shouting at your juniors, insulting, is a common culture. Don't care at all about ppl leaving.. if you are not good at buttering and just focus on ur own work.. then.. chances of survival are very less and life becomes painful here. Appraisal is based on assumption questions like.. how do u feel the person performed his duties? And regardless of what u fill.. still get 5% flat for entire team if lucky..
