-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders
-they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing.
- as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.
Worst Organisation. It feels like you are going to College life. No professionalism.

Associate has no Value in this Organisation. No salary growth.
One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities.
And same thing Was done was Associate he get Fired from Authority .
Which Kind of Rule Is this
team leaders are Chamchas of Directors.

But for your salary deduction first you have to raise a HR ticket then after 4 5 days they reply you by saying you'll get your amount in next month's salary but you never get that remaining amount.
