This was my first corporate experience it is worse. Recruiting HR conned us for less salary saying we have no experience, later I got to know people with minimum qualification with out experience also are offered more by the same company

Before joining they told us work ends at 5 in the evening but now they are making us sit till 8pm and supervisor literally treats and talks as if we are labour's working at construction site

Good work culture and satisfactory salary, the only thing that everyone want is work from home and IKS doesn't offer WFM. And I truly believe Doctors deserve some liberty and should be provided work from home. To make USA doctor's chart notes perfect for their top of the license clinical practice by sacrifying our people and our clinical practice, in my personal opinion it is bad idea.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

-Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.
