Nor do they have any logical explanation for their actions Pathetic behavior of most of the staff Favouritism within the team No WFH option Appraisals are not as per the performance

IKS provides several opportunities to learn and the new management and team mates are really supportive. New managers have brought in lot changes in the last 1 year. Company has started providing VIP for the employees

Dislikes

There is several issues that needs to be addresses by the management. Compensation and hikes should be restructured and management needs to be transperant on how the compensation benefits are calculated.

Likes

Good non-clinical profile for Doctor with 5 days working and 2 days of holiday a week.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are average to good; howevr, work-life balance is disturbed. Work pressure, increasing targets and work-hour extension are the main negative factors.

Salary and Training they give are excellent!!

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Dislikes

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.
