...ing principle for their employees. No matter how hard you work, you get nothing. You will get a lot of work, you will be promoted too, but you salary will always be a concern if you compare it against the market. You won't be able to manage your expenses and you won't feel that you are financially rewarded as per the tenure in the organization. It is better to switch from this organization, once you are promoted.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.

No work-life balance Not allowed to take even sick leaves Pathetic work culture Even managers are not allowed to take decisions within their team They carry a very didactic approach in working Leaders don't like being questioned. Nor do they have any logical explanation for their actions Pathetic behavior of most of the staff Favouritism within the team No WFH option Appraisals are not as per the performance

Nothing is too great about Iks but the process is little less difficult than other companies.

Dislikes

1. Management is very poor. 2. No good salary Hike. 3. Very poor policy regarding IJPs 4. You work more as a content writer than as an AR. And many more things are worst.

The company work culture is good, the emplyes are recent graduate student it good to interact with new people.

Dislikes

You can't say it s like dislike but however u have to admit it that the salary and promotions are quite not upto the mark as policies are very much complicated they says in polices we are eligible for promotion but while after applying says you are not eligible,feels disappointment.
