They are firing people during lock down. No help to the employees. They forced to work from office. Employee health is not a matter to them.

...etween the management. No coordination between the members. No Employee benefit. Salary deductions. Terminations. Very poor success rate in completion of projects.

Providing work from home is the only way IKS have supported in COVID-19 lockdown.

...oyee of this company as there is no job security. TL's think they are boss here. They offer you different salary but u get something different. You face salary deductions every month without prior intimation n your query is never solved. They have fired almost 400+ employees in this COVID-19 situation without any prior notice. Everyone in IKS is very rude n will never help u.

...ent is good. Growth is slow. Doctor's should be valued and should be payed more. Their is no such satisfaction for job but if ur salary package is good it does not matter as such. However it depends on his or her personal opinion.

The people and culture are good. Amidst of pressure, the immediate manager and TL are supportive. Getting leaves is difficult and sometimes working at weekends had to be done.

Compensation was too low.
